- To set or edit min/max ranges for square footage, cost, number of bedrooms, or number of bathrooms, go to the Plans tab which will default to “Plan Info.” Make sure the plan you wish to edit is selected to the left in the plans column.
- Here you will see the fields to input your min/max ranges. Note: if these range fields are left blank, the information entered to the left in the Sqft, Cost, Bed, and Bath fields will display on the front end. Make sure there is information entered in the default fields to the left!
- Entering your ranges on the “Plans” level will make a universal change that affects that plan across the board in every community.
- You can also edit these ranges on the elevation level. While in the Plans tab and in “Plan Info” – select the elevation you wish to add/edit ranges to and scroll down. This information will override anything you have entered at the plan level.
- And lastly, you can also add/edit this information at the community level. This will override information entered at the plan and/or elevation levels. Go to the Communities tab and select the community you want to edit. Then click “Plans” and select the correct plan from the drop down menu.
- You will notice the min/max fields in “Plan Info” are grayed out and you cannot edit them. However, you can edit the fields in the elevations. Scroll down and select an elevation.
- Here you can add/edit the ranges. And remember, these changes will only affect this particular elevation in the specific community you selected.
- No matter which level you add/edit these ranges to, you can see those updates on the Plans page of the My Home App and the Floorplans page of the Sales Center App.
