- To edit a floorplan, go to the “Plans” tab in your backend dashboard. Select the plan you wish to edit. This will default to the “Plan and Elevations” tab, click “Floorplans.”
- This will bring you to “Base Floorplans and Options.” This lists out each floor and option. To edit any of the details, click the pencil icon (edit). (Note: any changes you make here will affect this plan in every community it is assigned to)
- On this screen, you can update…
- Name
- Square footage
- Cost
- Number of bedrooms (enter negative numbers if an option takes away a bedroom)
- Number of bathrooms (enter negative numbers if an option takes away a bath)
- Notes (internal notes that will not show on the front end)
- You can jump around to different options/plans by using the dropdown menu in the upper left corner. Click “Done” when finished.
- Now click “Preview” to see an overview of all of your floorplan details. Click the specific elevation you want to edit in the dropdown.
- Now you can see your floorplan image for that particular elevation. You can play around with your options and see them displayed in the floorplan image.
- You can click between the first and second floors with the buttons above the options list.
- Click “List Order.” Here you can edit the order in which your options are displayed on the front end. Just drag and drop an item to its new location. (Note: any changes you make here will affect this list in every community the plan is assigned to)

- Your changes will affect both the My Home App (Plans) and Sales Center App (Floorplans).
