Step 1: Add Team Members to Your Global Library
- Navigate to the Content Dashboard from the main dashboard.
- Select Team from the left-side navigation menu.
- Ensure all team members who need to be assigned to communities or receive lead communications are present.
- If a team member is missing, click the yellow + Add Member button in the top right, fill in their information, and click Submit. See tutorial here.
Step 2: Assign Team Members to a Specific Community
- Click Communities in the left menu.
- Select the specific community you are configuring.
- Click the Team tab at the top of the community settings.
- Click + Add Member to open your team member library.
- Click on the desired agent(s) and click Assign.
Step 3: Configure Agent Visibility & Email Preferences
Click the edit icon (pencil) on an assigned agent’s card to configure their settings:
- Visible on Website: Toggle this on to display the agent on the front-end community details page under the “Meet the Team” section.
- Community Agent: Toggle this on to CC the agent on brochure emails sent to prospective buyers. When a lead emails themselves a brochure PDF, all toggled Community Agents will receive a copy of the email containing the lead details and PDF attachment.
Note: You can mix and match these settings (e.g., have an agent CC’d on emails without displaying them on the public website, or vice versa).
Step 4: Set the Primary Agent for the Brochure
- On the brochure PDF, space is limited to display details for only one primary agent.
- Look for the yellow Primary Agent indicator tag on the team card.
- To change the primary agent, drag and drop the preferred agent’s card to the far left of the team list. The yellow marker will automatically move to the leftmost agent.
Pro-Tip: If you have multiple agents and do not want to display a single person on the brochure, create a generic team profile with a shared email address (e.g., info@yourcompany.com). Set this profile as the Primary Agent so brochure leads go to a shared inbox that all agents can access, while keeping individual agents toggled as Community Agents so they remain CC’d on notifications.
