Step 1: Access the Scattered Lots Site Plan

  1. Select Content Dashboard on the main console dashboard.
  2. Click Communities in the left sidebar menu.
  3. Click the Select Community dropdown menu and choose your scattered lots community (e.g., Raleigh Homesites).
  4. Click Site Plans in the sub-navigation menu.
  5. Click the Edit Site Plan button below the map preview.

Adjust Map Boundaries

  1. Locate the Site Plan Information panel on the right side of the screen.
  2. Select Edit Siteplan Boundaries from the action menu.
  3. Click the Lock Icon above the map to unlock movement.
  4. Click and drag to pan across the map, or use the + / – buttons to zoom to your preferred level.
  5. Click the Lock Icon again to save and lock the map view.
  6. (Optional) Click the Polygon Icon above the map to draw a custom geographic boundary outline around your area.
  7. (Optional) Click the Trash Can Icon and click Confirm to remove a selected boundary.

Add, Edit, or Delete Lots

  • To Move Existing Lots:
    1. Click Edit Lots in the right-hand panel.
    2. Click and drag any lot icon on the map to its new location.
  • To Add a Lot Using a Pin Marker:
    1. Click Add/Delete Lot in the right-hand panel.
    2. Select the Pin Marker Icon located above the top-right corner of the map.
    3. Click on the precise location on the map where the lot is located.
    4. Type the Lot Name in the slide-out menu.
    5. Select the Lot Sales Status from the dropdown menu (e.g., Available Homesite, Sold, Under Construction).
    6. Click Submit.
  • To Add a Lot Using a Polygon Shape:
    1. Click Add/Delete Lot in the right-hand panel.
    2. Select the Polygon Tool Icon above the top-right corner of the map.
    3. Click on the map points to draw the outer boundary line of the lot.
    4. Fill in the Lot Name and Lot Sales Status in the popup form.
    5. Click Submit.
  • To Delete a Lot:
    1. Ensure Add/Delete Lot is active.
    2. Click directly on the lot pin or shape you wish to remove.
    3. Click Confirm in the confirmation prompt.

Customize Status Legend & Colors

  1. Click Status Legend under the Site Plan Information side menu.
  2. Click and hold the drag handle (six dots) next to any status item to rearrange its display order.
  3. Click the Color Block adjacent to a status name to choose a new map color.
  4. Click Submit at the bottom of the drawer to save your updates.

Manage Lot Details and Inventory

  1. Click the Lot Management tab located at the top of the main display area.
  2. Browse the table view to see all created lots.
  3. Locate the lot you wish to edit, click the Magnifying Glass Icon under Actions, and select Edit.
  4. Update the lot using the top menu tabs:
    • Details: Enter rich-text descriptions, add ribbons, assign address information, or upload photo gallery assets.
    • Exclusions: Check off specific floor plan elevations or color scheme packages to restrict them from being built on this lot.
    • Inventory: Assign specific elevations, garage configurations, floor plans, and interactive exterior palettes for quick-move-in homes.
