Send Webhook Data to HubSpot with Zapier (3.0)

We recommend setting up a separate Zap per Webhook you would like to send to HubSpot.

Step 1 — Catch the Webhook

  1. In Zapier, click Create Zap.
  2. For the trigger app, choose Webhooks by Zapier.
  3. Select Catch Hook.
  4. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.
  5. Go to Console.Anewgo.com -> Admin -> Integrations -> Webhooks
    • Click Add New Webhook
    • Paste webhook into URL Field
    • Add hubspotutk to Extra Cookies
  6. Send a test request so Zapier can pull in sample data.

Step 2 — Format the Data

HubSpot requires phone numbers to be in a certain format.

  1. Add a new step and choose Formatter by Zapier.
  2. Select the Action Event Numbers.
  3. Transform Format Phone Number
  4. Select the Input Event Data Phone from the sample data
  5. Select the value for To Format +15558001212

Step 3 — Create or Update a Contact in HubSpot

  1. Add a new step and choose HubSpot.
  2. Select Create or Update Contact.
  3. Map webhook fields into HubSpot properties (Email, First Name, Phone, etc.).
  4. Test the action — you should see a HubSpot contact created or updated.

MessageWill note the body of the message when Contact Us is used

Step 4 — Turn on Your Zap

  1. Give your Zap a clear name (e.g., “Webhook → HubSpot Contact”).
  2. Toggle it On.
