We recommend setting up a separate Zap per Webhook you would like to send to HubSpot.

Step 1 — Catch the Webhook
- In Zapier, click Create Zap.

- Send a test request so Zapier can pull in sample data.

Step 2 — Format the Data
HubSpot requires phone numbers to be in a certain format.
- Add a new step and choose Formatter by Zapier.
- Select the Action Event Numbers.
- Transform Format Phone Number
- Select the Input Event Data Phone from the sample data
- Select the value for To Format +15558001212

Step 3 — Create or Update a Contact in HubSpot
- Add a new step and choose HubSpot.
- Select Create or Update Contact.
- Map webhook fields into HubSpot properties (Email, First Name, Phone, etc.).
