  • Users can now customize the ranges for square footage/bed/bath that will be displayed in the community tiles and plan gallery.
  • Ability to input positive or negative square footage, bedroom counts and bath counts for options in the backend Dashboard so the front-end square footage, bed and bath counts update accordingly as shoppers select these options.

  • Interactive Interior Design updated to include “Package Mode” and “Expanded Basic Mode”
  • Package Mode: This is the design option for users to specify an interior package similar to a color scheme for an exterior.
  • Expanded Basic Mode: Users are able to pick the style choice of an element (i.e. cabinet door, faucet, hardware, etc.) and then choose the finish or color of that element.

  • On the Communities page, users can filter communities by “Region” or “Cities,” select multiple communities to explore instead of just one, and the “info” button opens a pop-up with community information rather than taking the user to a separate page.
  • On the Plan Gallery page, the filters and features are now at the top of the page and users can sort by “Plans” or “Quick Move-Ins”
  • On the Plan Details page, users can see where they are in the brochure building process and see their progress with the orange bar at the top. The siteplan page will match to the community selected and any excluded lots will be grayed out. Lastly, “Create My Brochure” buttons are now at the bottom and will remain in the side menu after you scroll all the way down.
  • You can now also display Interactive Interior Design for your home plans! Users will be able to customize the inside of their new home by picking out cabinet colors, flooring, light fixtures, etc.
  • By request options: we can now customize the Plan Gallery Page to either show the exteriors first or the floorplan layout first. For builders with no siteplan, we can now customize the appearance of the top menu to hide the siteplan and communities menu items.
  • Users will need to register before they can email or share their completed brochure. Required registration will be optional for printing.
