Available: Homesite that is open to purchase. When clicked on, it displays a list of homes available to select and design. Can exclude specific elevations from lots if needed.
Inventory: Homes that are already complete or near completion and are available for immediate sale and occupancy. Also can be referred to as Quick Move In. When lot is clicked on, it will display the elevation that will be built on the lot. Selecting the lot will display the Inventory page for the plan.
Model: A house in a newly built development that is furnished and decorated to be shown to prospective buyers
Reserved: Kept specially for a particular purpose or person. if you are using Buy Online, you must have this status visible on your site maps and used for Buy Online. If a Buy Online reservation is accepted, the lot status will automatically changed to Reserved
Sold: Lot has been purchased by buyer
Under Construction: Home that is unfinished but actively being worked on. When lot is clicked on, it will display the elevation that will be built on the lot. Selecting the lot will display the Inventory page for the plan.
Future Inventory: Home and structural options have already been selected for the lot but construction has not started. When lot is clicked on, it will display the elevation that will be built on the lot. Selecting the lot will display the Inventory page for the plan.
Under Contract: When a buyer has made an offer on a home and the seller has accepted, but the sale has not closed.
Closed: Lot has been purchased by buyer and ownership has been transferred.
Unavailable: Has same characteristics as an available, but it is an additional lot status available for you to use. For example, it could be used for a lot where you have already selected which house will be on the lot, but the buyer can still select colors and structural options. You will need to use Elevation Exclusions to limit which elevation is available.
Unreleased: Can be displayed or not displayed in the MHA. Will not show up in the legend. Unreleased lots can be used to prep
